New Law for Notary Services $10 fee, for your convivence we offer in house notary services for piercings for minors only. $10 Minor Fee for basic piercings & $20 for exotic implant piercings16-17 years old which non of this money goes to the shop, the piercers are the notary's so it goes directly to them or we can email or text you the form if you have your own notary, but we will probably have the cheapest price.

Minors need to bring in 1 of the following, State ID, School ID, Birth Certificate, Passport, or Military ID, School App Screenshots, & must also be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proof of guardianship with id. The State is cracking down on piercing for minors so please have your paperwork ready, its now a crime to Pierce a minor with out correct paperwork so as much as I would love to be cool & work with you, but aint nobody got time for jail lol

We do not do Snake Eyes or frog eyes & NO Tongue Piercings on Minors, No Dermals on the neck & no genital Piercings for male or female.
